When you schedule your initial bodywork session, we’ll schedule extra time first to discuss your health history, your concerns, and especially your goals for our time together.

At the start of each subsequent visit, we'll schedule extra time to update "what's going on in there" before we begin our session together. In each session we'll tap into your goals during our time together.

My extensive training in a wide variety of modalities provides us with options to help you reach your wellness goals.
