One-on-One Personal Brain Health & Wellness Coaching

Working with me as your Amen Licensed Brain Health Trainer, virtually or in-person, you’ll learn:

  • basic brain health
  • your brain type
  • nutrition for excellent brain health, customized for your brain.

As part of your Health & Wellness Program or as a specific Brain Health & Wellness Coaching Program, we’ll work together toward your brain health goals, with me as your coach for your success.

As your supportive coaching partner, I’ll provide a toolbox filled with techniques, workbooks, evaluations, and methodologies, as well as valuable information for brain health that’s not necessarily common knowledge. Pricing is individually determined.

 

Brain Health Group or Individual Classes

As an Amen Licensed Brain Health Trainer, I’m licensed to teach the following classes to individuals or groups, either in person or online:

  • Brain Thrive by 25

Intended to change the lives of teenagers and young adults, the Brain Thrive by 25 Program’s effects have been received positively. An independent education research group, MDEI, studied the effects of the program on over 330 students in 16 different sites. MDEI found that it “significantly decreased drug, alcohol and tobacco use, decreased depression, improved self-esteem and helped students succeed academically.”

  • Memory Rescue

Participating in the Memory Rescue Program, either one-on-one or as part of a group, will help you supercharge your brain, prevent memory loss, or rescue your memory. As you apply the tools and curriculum presented, you’ll learn to prevent or minimize the eleven major risk factors that steal your mind. You’ll learn how to sharpen your memory, reverse brain aging, and decrease your risk for Alzheimer’s Disease.

  • The Brain Warrior’s Way

With the Brain Warrior’s Way Program, you’ll not only change your mindset, you’ll also learn what motivates you to be healthy. In addition, the program will improve your self-esteem and boost your confidence. As you learn to be the best version of yourself, you’ll notice that you’re more successful in school, work, relations, and life. You’ll improve your brain, especially after taking the Brain Health Assessment, which will help you discover which foods and supplements can fuel your success, establish daily habits and routines that will protect your health, and transform your pain into purpose.

  • Overcoming Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Grief

With this program you’ll learn to take responsibility for your own emotions and your own life when you implement science-backed strategies and techniques. Equipped with this knowledge you’ll be able to feel happier, calmer, and more in control of your own destiny.

  • BrainFit for Work and Life

Designed for the workplace and corporate wellness, this program provides a detailed road map for building and sustaining a workforce that is mentally energized and successful. Used in a workplace setting, BrainFit for Work and Life becomes part of a team’s wellness program and may reduce absenteeism and increase productivity. For individual team members, the program provides helpful information, facilitates less stress and improves focus.
